Led by Ale Marroquín, LiderA is a program aimed at professional women who want to strengthen their leadership, influence, power communication, negotiations or who require support in entrepreneurship and reinvention. You will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and challenges, you will receive support from your colleagues and you will find your purpose to transform your professional path.

Everyone tells us what to do, but they don't tell us how!

This is the differential of the LiderA program; Not only will the necessary tools for the development of leaders be presented, but also, and more importantly, how to apply these tools in daily situations in a practical and clear way.

The success of the program lies in your commitment and participation: showing up with an open mind to learn, share, listen, be present and change the necessary routine and habits. It is a safe and confidential community between participants.

 

As a leader, having time allocated for your development is essential!

Sessions will be held live on Zoom from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Mondays, once every two weeks for six months. If you cannot attend, you will have access to the recording for one week. Each session will have a predefined topic so that participants can prepare challenges or situations that they want to share.

With the guidance of Ale Marroquín, at LiderA you will exchange experiences and challenges, receive support from your colleagues and find your purpose to transform your professional path through the goals achieved by elevating your executive presence and leadership.

The sessions are interactive, live. They start at 6:30 p.m. Every Monday, once every two weeks for six months.

Each session will have a predefined topic so that participants can prepare challenges or situations that they want to share.

If you cannot attend, you will have access for up to one week after the session ends.

Until July 31st, you can participate in LiderA for an investment of 6 payments of $2,500 MXN per person for the entire program, totaling $15,000 MXN (VAT included). Starting August 1st, the price will increase to $3,000 MXN per month.
